Fragmented sources
Repositories, messages, files, and support records remain separated by the tools where work happened.
UKB / GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE OPERATIONS
Unified Knowledge Brain connects approved enterprise sources, keeps access boundaries part of the workflow, and gives authenticated teams one operational view of their knowledge.

01 / THE KNOWLEDGE PROBLEM
UKB is designed around the systems teams already use—not around a new place for people to manually recreate context.
01
Repositories, messages, files, and support records remain separated by the tools where work happened.
02
Teams lose time reconciling changing specifications, decisions, and support history across systems.
03
A useful answer still needs the right identity, clearance, and source boundaries behind it.
04
Without a clear view of connector and audit activity, teams cannot understand the state of their knowledge layer.
02 / THE GOVERNED PATH
Each stage makes the movement of knowledge legible: connection, extraction, protection, storage, retrieval, and observation.
Authorize approved systems through connector-specific connection flows.
Collect relevant records from sources selected by the authenticated user.
Apply the platform's privacy, secret-handling, and clearance controls.
Organize normalized knowledge and source metadata in the central vault.
Return authenticated, source-aware knowledge for approved queries.
Surface connector, document, and audit activity in the operational console.
03 / CONNECTOR FABRIC
UKB currently provides six implemented connector experiences. Availability in the product is distinct from an individual user's active connections.
Repositories, pull requests, commits, and reviews
Email messages and conversation threads
Shared files and folders
Channels, messages, and threads
Files, specifications, and policies
Support tickets and knowledge records
04 / PLATFORM VIEWS
Approved source management
Review connector availability, establish user-owned source connections, and initiate source-specific extraction workflows.
Unified operational records
Inspect indexed knowledge records with their source, classification, and retrieval context kept close to the document itself.
Permission-aware context
Ask authenticated questions against connected knowledge while maintaining a clear boundary between the request, source context, and answer.
05 / SECURITY BOUNDARIES
UKB describes access and handling boundaries plainly. It does not market unsupported certifications, invented performance metrics, or universal access.
Authorization is derived server-side from authenticated sessions and verified tokens.
Role and clearance decisions are not trusted from browser state or client-provided headers.
Connector authorization and application secrets are handled outside public knowledge records.
Operational and security-relevant actions can be inspected from the authenticated console.
06 / USE CASES
Bring repositories, pull requests, review context, and technical documents closer together.
Connect tickets, correspondence, and support knowledge into a clearer operational picture.
Bring shared files, policies, and process documents into a governed workspace.
Maintain access boundaries and an auditable view of knowledge operations.
07 / FAQ
Public descriptions should always match the implemented platform—not a future roadmap or a generic AI promise.
UKB currently provides connector experiences for GitHub, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Zendesk. Other marketplace entries are not presented here as available integrations.
The platform derives identity and authorization server-side from authenticated sessions and verified tokens. Access decisions are not based on browser-provided roles or hidden form values.
No. Connector connection flows and application secrets are kept outside public knowledge records. The landing page does not expose connection-specific data, user identity, or vault counts.
No. A connector must be available in UKB, authorized by the user, and used within that user's permitted scope. The public page distinguishes the product's current connector coverage from an individual's active connections.
